AgentLife 360 (agentlife360.com) is a software platform for licensed real estate professionals: client management, follow-up automation, communications, marketing content generation, transaction checklists, and license-compliance tracking. AgentLife 360 is a software tool — it is not a real estate brokerage, does not provide legal, financial, or brokerage services, and does not practice real estate.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Brokerage workspaces may include multiple agent seats managed by a broker administrator, who controls seat access. Each workspace's data is isolated from every other workspace.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through Stripe, per the pricing shown at signup. Plans include usage allowances (texts, call minutes, AI generations); overage may require a plan change. You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. Early-access pricing may change with notice before renewal.
AgentLife 360 sends conversational text messages on behalf of licensed real estate agents to their own clients who have consented to receive them: appointment scheduling and confirmations, listing follow-ups, document reminders, and replies to client questions.
Opting out: you can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, reply START or sign up again as you did the first time.
Help: if you experience issues with the messaging program, reply HELP to any message or contact support@agentlife360.com.
Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Rates: as always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Privacy: if you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
You agree to use AgentLife 360 lawfully, and specifically to:
— message only people who have given you their contact information and consent, and honor opt-outs immediately;
— comply with fair housing laws in all communications and advertising (the platform's compliance checks are an aid, not a substitute for your professional judgment);
— comply with your state's real estate regulations and your brokerage's policies;
— not attempt to access another workspace's data or misuse the AI features.
You own the data you put in and the content the platform generates for you (ads, captions, videos, briefings). You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it and for the accuracy of your listings and communications.
The service is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for indirect damages, lost commissions, or missed deadlines. Compliance features (CE tracking, fair-housing checks, deadline reminders) are assistive tools; verify requirements with your state authority. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On closure, you may request deletion of your workspace data.
