AgentLife 360 (agentlife360.com) is a practice-management application for licensed real estate professionals, operated by Key Trade Solutions LLC from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
From subscribers (agents and brokers): account details (name, email, phone), brokerage information, license details you choose to track, and the content you create in the app (clients, notes, deals, ads, follow-ups).
About agents' clients: contact information and notes that subscribing agents enter about their own clients, plus messages and call summaries handled through the platform on the agent's behalf. Agents are responsible for having the right to store this information.
When an agent texts a client through AgentLife 360, messages are sent from a business number on the agent's behalf. Clients provide their phone number directly to their agent and consent to receive informational, one-on-one messages (scheduling, follow-ups, listing updates) — either by checking an explicit consent box on an open-house sign-in form or by verbal agreement with their agent. This is conversational messaging: no marketing lists and no cold outreach. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the aggregators and providers of the text-message services necessary to deliver the messages. All other categories in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information will not be shared with any third parties.
Only to run the product: storing your workspace data, sending the communications you initiate, generating the content you request (ads, briefings, call summaries), and billing subscriptions. AI features process the relevant data to produce their output; we do not use your data to train AI models.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share client lists with third parties beyond the processors below. We do not pull, store, or process credit reports or credit scores.
Data is processed by trusted infrastructure providers: Supabase (database and authentication), Twilio (text messaging), Retell (call handling), Anthropic (AI generation), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Vercel (hosting). Each receives only what is needed for its function.
Subscribers can edit or delete their data in the app, or ask us to delete their account entirely. Clients of agents can ask their agent to remove their information, or contact us directly and we will assist. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.
